We started The Houston Property Team because we kept seeing the same story: good owners, bad outcomes. Not from lack of effort, but from lack of the right knowledge. Understanding tenant law, managing people, and building the right processes is what separates a property that performs from one that drains you. That expertise is exactly what we bring.

The Houston Property Team was founded by Brook and Marcela, two professionals with different backgrounds and one shared conviction: that property owners and investors deserve a management partner who thinks long-term, communicates honestly, and treats every asset like it matters.

Between us, we bring over two decades of combined experience in real estate operations, investment strategy, finance, and client relations. One of us knows Houston from the ground up, its neighborhoods, its growth corridors, its people. The other brings an international perspective and a systems-driven approach that sharpens how we build and operate. Together, we built a firm where the right knowledge, the right processes, and genuine care for people are not optional extras. They are the foundation.
