One of us knows Houston from the ground up, its neighborhoods, its growth corridors, its people. The other brings an international perspective and a systems-driven approach that sharpens how we build and operate. Brook Wilson

Brook has been in real estate since 2019, and the majority of her experience has come from working directly with investors, from small landlords with a single property to large-scale owners managing 200+ units. That range has given her real, hands-on insight into what it takes to not just own property, but to run it successfully.

Her background as both an agent and an investor allows her to approach property management from every angle: protecting the asset, increasing returns, and building long-term value.

Brook is deeply embedded in the Houston market, staying close to rental demand, neighborhood trends, and investment opportunity so that every decision she makes is grounded in what is actually happening on the ground. Her goal has always been the same: efficient, transparent, results-driven management that owners can count on.

Marcela Villarreal

With over 15 years of experience spanning commercial and residential real estate, finance, project management, and business consulting, Marcela brings a rare combination of operational depth and strategic clarity to The Houston Property Team.

She has overseen portfolios of 200+ units across multiple properties, consistently streamlining processes, strengthening investor relationships, and building the operational infrastructure that keeps assets performing at their peak. Her international experience across multiple markets gives her a global outlook that informs how she evaluates risk, manages complexity, and positions properties for long-term success.
